Snippetwell puts the search snippet of every static page and every CMS item on your site in one grid inside the Webflow Designer: SEO title, meta description, and the Open Graph title, description and image. You fix 300 blog posts with one template, see which titles get cut off in results, and start with the pages that get seen a lot and clicked rarely. Your SEO settings, finally in one place instead of one page at a time.

What you get

The whole site in one grid

Static pages and CMS items side by side, in every language of your site, up to 2,000 pages and 20,000 items per collection. Each title and description shows its length and its width in pixels at Google's desktop sizes (about 580px for titles and 920px for descriptions), so you see which ones may be cut off, not just which are long.

Change many at once, your words only

Templates with your own CMS fields: {name} | {category} | Acme fills 300 items the same way. An empty field drops its separator, so you never get "Rye | | Acme". Filters for case and a maximum length. Set, find and replace, or clear a column for the rows you select, only where empty if you like.

Search Console next to each page (optional)

Connect Google with read-only access and pick your property. Clicks, impressions, CTR and average position for the last 28 or 90 days appear next to every page and item. Snippets worth rewriting first: pages on the first two pages of results whose CTR is below what that position usually gets, sorted by the clicks they miss. Each one shows the searches that bring it up.

Review first, undo after

Edits are staged, not saved. Review reads every page and item from Webflow again and shows before and after. If someone changed a page or item after you loaded it, Snippetwell skips it instead of overwriting their work.

What it doesn't do

Webflow's APIs don't offer canonical URLs, noindex, or the SEO settings of collection template pages, so Snippetwell doesn't change them. Set those in Page settings. Page changes are saved to Webflow and go live the next time you publish your site. Snippetwell never publishes the whole site.

Get started

Install Snippetwell and approve your site, then open it from the Apps panel in the Designer. The grid loads every page and item.

What Snippetwell needs

Read access to your pages and CMS, and permission to write the SEO changes you review and apply. The Webflow access token is stored encrypted. Great Work keeps which fields hold each collection's SEO values, a history of applied batches and, encrypted for 30 days, the values each batch replaced so you can undo it. Search Console, only if you connect it: an encrypted, read-only Google token. The numbers stay in memory for up to 6 hours and are never stored on disk.
