SwathwellYour CMS as a spreadsheet: fill down, find and replace, bulk publish, undo. Trial, then $29/mo.
Full name: “Swathwell: Bulk CMS Editor”
Also for Wix
$29 a month or $290 a year per site. 14-day free trial on each site, starting the first time you apply changes. No card needed to try it.
Swathwell opens any CMS collection as a spreadsheet inside the Webflow Designer, so you can change 400 prices, fix 60 slugs or retag a whole category in one pass, see exactly what will change, and undo it if you change your mind. It's for the afternoon you'd otherwise spend opening items one at a time.
What you get
Every field, in one grid
Text, rich text, numbers, dates, switches, options, references, multi-references, images, files, links, emails, phones and colors, each edited the way its type needs (a list of options, a list of items, a date in your time zone). Filter on any field, sort, search, and pick the columns you want. Save views like "Drafts to review" for everyone on the site.
Change many items at once
Select rows and change a column: set a value, clear it, fill down from the first row, find and replace (with match case, whole word and patterns), add a prefix or suffix, change case, trim spaces. Formulas without the formula bar: combine columns with a template like {name} in {city}, or make slugs from any column, kept unique within your selection.
See it before it happens, undo it after
Edits are staged, not saved. Review reads each item from Webflow again and shows every change as before and after, so you're comparing against what's live, not against what you loaded an hour ago. If someone changed an item in Webflow after you loaded it, Swathwell skips that item and shows you, instead of overwriting their work.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't create or delete items, change your collection's fields, or edit ecommerce products. Rich text you edit is cleaned to basic formatting (headings, paragraphs, lists, links, images, bold and italic). Embeds inside a rich text field you edit are removed, so leave those fields to the Webflow editor.
Get started
Install Swathwell and approve your site, open it from the Apps panel in the Designer, and pick a collection.
What Swathwell needs
Read access to your collections and items, and permission to write the changes you review and apply. The Webflow access token is stored encrypted. Great Work keeps your saved views, a history of applied batches and, encrypted for 30 days, the values each batch replaced so you can undo it. Not made or endorsed by Webflow. English interface.
