Snippetwell for Webflow: Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Snippetwell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.
-
License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Webflow sites it covers, for your own or your clients' sites.
-
Trial, plans and billing. Each site gets a 14-day free trial that starts the first time you apply changes; loading the grid, staging edits and reviewing them before that don't start it. After the trial, the App needs a paid plan: a site plan at $39 per month or $390 per year, covering every page, collection and language of one site with Search Console included, or a workspace plan at $149 per month or $1,490 per year, covering every site in one Webflow workspace. No plan limits the number of rows or batches. There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.
-
When a trial or plan ends. Editing, templates, applying, CSV export and import, and Search Console data pause. Nothing on your site changes, the grid and its checks stay open read-only, and Undo of your last batch keeps working until its 30 days are up.
-
Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.
-
Your sites and responsibilities. Your content stays yours. You may only connect sites (and Search Console properties) you own or manage with the owner's permission, because the App changes their SEO settings when you apply. You decide which changes to apply and when to publish your site, and you review them before you apply. Don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's or Google's terms, or anyone's rights.
-
How the App works, and its limits. The App reads your pages and CMS through Webflow's official APIs with the access you grant and writes only the SEO changes you apply, only where the value still matches what you loaded (others are skipped and shown to you). It changes static pages' SEO titles, meta descriptions and Open Graph text through Webflow's API, static pages' Open Graph images through the Designer (main language), and the CMS fields you map as SEO fields. Page changes go live when you next publish your site. It does not change canonical URLs, noindex settings, collection template pages' SEO settings, item names or slugs, and it writes no text for you. Search Console data comes from Google and the "missed clicks" figure is an estimate against a fixed benchmark, not a forecast. Undo covers the most recent batch for 30 days and only restores what nobody changed after the batch. We don't promise any ranking or traffic result. Webflow and Google are not parties to these terms or responsible for the App.
-
Data. Our privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/snippetwell-for-webflow/privacy) describes what we store. Where we process personal data for you, we do so only on your instructions, keep it confidential, protect it as described there, help you answer requests from the people concerned, and delete it as the policy says. Write to us for a data processing agreement.
-
Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). We may improve the App; we won't remove a core feature (the grid and its checks, templates and bulk actions, the diff review, undo of the last batch, CSV export and import, Search Console data) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request.
-
Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that Webflow or Google accepts every request, or that a bulk change you apply is the one you meant: that's what the review and Undo are for.
-
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, rankings or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
-
Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive.
-
General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
