Privacy Policy

Great Work LLC (651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709) makes the apps on this site. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to hello@greatwork.company and a person will answer.

This website

  • We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use (for example, which app pages lead to an install). It sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the links you click. We don’t send it your name or email address.
  • You can block it with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out add-on. Google’s own use of this data is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
  • If you email us, we keep the email so we can answer it and help you later.
  • The site has no accounts, forms or payments, and we don’t sell or rent any data.

iPhone and iPad apps

  • What the apps read on your device (camera, photos, documents, contacts, steps, location) is processed on the device and stored on it or in your own iCloud. We don’t receive it.
  • Package tracking sends the tracking numbers you add to our tracking provider to fetch delivery status. Nothing else about you goes with them.
  • Some apps show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob receives your IP address, device information and ad interactions, and uses the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when iOS asks. See how Google uses information in ads.
  • Subscriptions and purchases go through Apple. We get no card or payment details, only whether a purchase is active.

Add-ons, extensions and marketplace apps

Billing and licensing for our Google Workspace add-ons, Chrome extensions, Office add-ins and Figma and Framer plugins are covered by the add-ons privacy policy. Each Atlassian, Zendesk, Webflow, HighLevel and Wix app has its own privacy page, linked from its page on this site. Where an app adds details about the data it reads, its own page says so. Our JetBrains IDE plugins have no server and send us nothing; JetBrains Marketplace handles their billing under its own privacy policy.

Web products with their own sites

CallForMe, BankBridge, Rookiefeed, Renownly and Shake It On have their own privacy policies on their own sites (linked from each product’s page here). Those policies apply when you use them.

Keeping and deleting data

  • Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months, then Google deletes it.
  • Emails are kept while they’re useful for support, and we delete them when you ask.
  • To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, email hello@greatwork.company. We answer within 30 days, and keep only the billing records the law requires.

Children

Our apps and this site aren’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
