Your locations, blog posts, team or products live on one site, and every franchise, brand or country site you pick gets them, with its own field map and its own rules. Install once for the workspace

Spokewell is installed at workspace level and opens from the Apps panel in the Designer of any site in it. Pick the source collection, then add target sites. On each site you choose an existing collection, or let Spokewell create it.

References, images and translations come along

Reference and multi-reference fields point at each site's own items. When the referenced collection is synced too, Spokewell uses those links; otherwise it matches items by slug, and lists any it can't find. Images and files are carried by URL with their alt text, and Webflow hosts a copy on each site.

Nothing changes until you've seen it

Preview shows, site by site, every item that would be created, updated, archived or deleted, with each changed field's before and after. When someone edited an item on a target since the last sync (a local edit), Spokewell catches it. Per site you choose: flag it for you to decide (the default), keep the site's edit, or overwrite with the source. Flagged items get Overwrite and Keep buttons in the log.

Runs when you want it to

By hand with Sync now, on a schedule (every 15 minutes up to once a day), or about a minute after items change on the source. Per site: create new items or not, update or not, archive when the source archives, and when a source item is deleted, archive it, delete it or leave it. Drafts are skipped or sent as drafts.

When something goes wrong

A sync log with every item per site, what happened and why, for 90 days. An item Webflow refuses fails alone and says why; the rest go through. Undo the last sync: changed fields come back, created items go, deleted items return. Items someone edited after the sync are left alone and listed.

What it doesn't do

It's one-way: the source is the master. Edits on a target never flow back to the source. Webflow's API can't add options to an existing option field, set field validations or create every field type. Spokewell creates what it can and tells you exactly what to add in the Designer.
