Terms of Use

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms cover this website and any Great Work LLCapp that doesn’t have terms of its own, including our iPhone and iPad apps. Apps with their own EULA or terms (linked from each app’s page) are covered by those instead. By using the site or an app, you agree to these terms.

Using our apps

  • We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use each app you install or buy, under the terms of the store you got it from.
  • The apps, their names, icons and code belong to Great Work LLC. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute them.
  • Don’t use an app to break the law, to harm others, or to get around a platform’s rules.
  • Some apps rely on other services (Apple, Google, Atlassian, Zendesk, Webflow, HighLevel, Wix, Figma, Framer, JetBrains, Microsoft and others). Their terms also apply when you use those services, and we can’t control when they change or go down.

Payments, trials and refunds

  • Each app’s page shows its price and trial before you pay.
  • Purchases in the App Store are billed and refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Marketplace apps are billed by that marketplace, under its refund rules.
  • Purchases billed by us through Stripe can be cancelled any time from the app’s billing link. If something isn’t right, email us and we’ll make it right.

Changes and availability

We improve our apps over time, which can mean adding, changing or retiring features. We’ll never start charging you for something without telling you first and getting your OK.

Warranty and liability

The site and apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, Great Work LLCisn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before it.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. When the terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
