Plumbwell is for teams that run many client accounts from one standard setup. Snapshots copy your setup in; over time clients and staff change things, and nothing tells you which accounts no longer match. Plumbwell does.
What you get
Your standard, from your best account
Pick your best-configured client account and copy its custom fields (with types and options), custom values, tags, pipelines and stages, calendar settings, business profile fields, workflows (by name, published) and phone numbers into a standard, then trim it. Add rules by hand, such as "this support user must be an admin" or "time zone must be America/Chicago". Give each rule a severity. Use one standard for everyone or several (one per niche).
Every account, every day
Scans run on your schedule in your time zone, by hand, and automatically for each new client account. Each account gets a list of exactly what differs: missing fields, wrong field types, missing options, empty or different values, missing stages or a different stage order, calendar settings that changed, unpublished workflows, users without access, no default phone number. Sort by account or by rule.
Alerts that matter
Get an email when new differences at or above your chosen severity show up, a weekly summary, and a "Drift found" workflow trigger in your own account to route it anywhere.
Safe bulk fix
Pick items across many accounts and preview first: we re-read each account and list exactly what will be created. Missing custom fields, custom values and tags are created for you. Anything that would replace an existing value (a custom value's text, a business profile field) only runs for the items you tick. Nothing is ever deleted. Every account gets a result log, and one click undoes what the fix wrote, as long as nobody changed it since.
Honest about the limits
Some things can't be read or written by apps: workflow steps, texting registration status, connected integrations, and pipeline changes. Plumbwell checks what it can (workflows by name and status, phone numbers, pipelines and stages) and tells you how to fix the rest by hand.
Exceptions and history
Accept a difference for one account with a note, and it stops counting. Every scan records what newly drifted and what got fixed, so you can see when a client changed something.
