Plumbwell privacy policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Plumbwell is made by Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). This policy covers the Plumbwell app for your CRM's app marketplace and the pages at hl.greatwork.company/drift.
Who is who
You (the business that installs Plumbwell to check its client accounts) are the controller of the data. We process it for you, as a processor, only to run Plumbwell.
What we collect
When you install Plumbwell, your CRM gives us access tokens for the permissions you approve. With them we read the configuration of the client accounts you monitor, never their contacts, conversations, payments or files:
- Your client accounts' names, to list them and label reports.
- Custom field definitions (name, type, options), custom values (name and text), tags, pipelines and stage names, calendar settings, the business profile (name, address, phone, email, website, time zone, logo, social links, a few account settings), workflow names and whether they are published, users with access to the account (name, email, role) and the account's phone numbers.
- What you enter in Plumbwell: your standards and their rules, exceptions with notes, settings (your own account, time zone, schedule, alert email) and who made each change.
- Results: the latest findings per account (which include the values compared), a history of what newly differed or got fixed at each scan, and the log of each bulk fix with what is needed to undo it (the ids of items we created and the previous text of values we replaced).
- Workflow trigger registrations (the workflow id and the address your CRM gives us to start it).
When you open Plumbwell inside your CRM, your CRM shares a signed record of who you are (user id, name, email, role and company id). We use it to confirm you are signed in.
Why we use it
Only to compare your client accounts with your standards, show you the results and history, send the alerts you ask for, start workflows that use the Plumbwell trigger, and make the changes you preview and confirm. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or train models on it, and we never use one customer's data for another.
What we change in your accounts
Nothing, until one of your admins previews a fix and runs it. Then we create the missing custom fields, custom values and tags listed in the preview, and replace only the custom values and business profile fields the admin ticked. We never delete anything except when an admin presses Undo on a fix, which removes only what that fix created, and only if nobody changed it since.
Where it goes
- Your CRM. Alert emails are sent through your own account's messaging (to the alert address you set, saved there as a contact tagged "drift-alerts"), and the trigger starts workflows in your own account.
- No one else. We use no subprocessors besides our host: a DigitalOcean server in New York, USA.
How it is protected
Access tokens, standards, findings, history, fix logs, settings and trigger addresses are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. All traffic uses HTTPS. Requests from your CRM are checked: webhooks by their digital signature, the dashboard by your CRM's signed user record, trigger registrations by a secret key. Every query is limited to your own company, and only admins can change standards, settings or run fixes.
How long we keep it
The latest findings per account are kept while the account is monitored. Scan history is deleted after 400 days, bulk-fix logs (and the undo data in them) after 30 days. When a client account removes the app, we delete its results, history and exceptions. When you uninstall Plumbwell, or press Disconnect inside the app, we delete the access tokens and everything we store for your company right away. Items a fix created in your CRM stay there, under your control. Server logs that may contain IP addresses are kept for up to 14 days.
Your rights
You can see everything inside the app and delete everything by uninstalling. For access, correction or deletion requests under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, email hello@greatwork.company.
