Plumbwell terms of service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

These terms are between you (the business that installs Plumbwell) and Great Work LLC, a Delaware company at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing or using Plumbwell you agree to them.

The service

Plumbwell compares the configuration of your client accounts with the standards you define, on your schedule and on demand, shows what differs with a severity, keeps a history, sends the alerts you set up and starts workflows through its trigger. When an admin previews and runs a fix, it creates missing custom fields, custom values and tags and replaces the values the admin ticked. It never deletes anything on its own; Undo removes only what a fix created and restores only what it replaced, when nobody changed it since.

Some things can't be read or changed by apps in your CRM (for example workflow steps, texting registration status, connected integrations and pipeline changes). Plumbwell shows these limits in the app and does not claim to check them. A clean result means the account matches the rules you set for what can be read; it is not a guarantee that the account works as intended.

Plans, billing and trial

Plumbwell is sold through your CRM's app marketplace, which handles billing. Each install includes a free trial (currently 14 days, up to 25 monitored client accounts) and then renews monthly or yearly at the plan's price shown on the listing until you uninstall. Each plan covers your whole company and monitors up to the number of client accounts it names (25, 100 or unlimited); accounts beyond that are listed but not checked until you change plans. Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy.

Your responsibilities

Preview a fix before you run it and only tick replacements you mean. You are responsible for changes you run in your client accounts and for having the right to manage them. Do not use Plumbwell to break your CRM provider's terms, try to access other customers' data or overload the service.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide Plumbwell, as described in the privacy policy at https://hl.greatwork.company/drift/privacy, and delete it when you uninstall.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Plumbwell running and fix problems quickly, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change features; if we make a change that removes something you rely on, we will tell you in the app first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Plumbwell in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend an install that breaks these terms, after notice when practical.

Law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
