A real directory website, ready in minutes
- Your name, logo, colors and categories. Search by what people need, by category and near a ZIP or city. A map of the listings, and a page for every business with its details, hours, directions and a request form. Built for search engines: a clean address for every page, a sitemap, and structured business data on each listing. Put it inside your own website with one line of code, or link to it as is.
Fill it fast
Import your own business list from a spreadsheet (categories are created as you go, repeats are skipped), add businesses by hand, and let owners add themselves with the "Add your business" form. New businesses can wait for your review.
Owners claim their listing
"Claim this listing" asks for the owner's details and their agreement to hear from you, then confirms their email with a link. The exact agreement, time, IP address and browser are recorded with every claim. Approve claims yourself or let a confirmed email do it. Owners become contacts in your CRM, tagged, ready for your follow-up workflows.
A private page for every owner
No login and no password: a personal link lets the owner update their details, upload a logo (and photos when featured) straight to your media library, and see who asked about them. Hold their edits for review if you prefer.
Sell featured listings with your own products
Pick the products that buy featured time. When an owner pays an order or an invoice for one, their listing is featured for the days you set, and renewals add time. Featured listings show first, carry a badge, show photos and receive customer requests. You can also feature a listing by hand or from a workflow.
Every request is a lead
A visitor's request becomes a contact with a note in your CRM. Featured owners get the details by email; free owners get a note that someone asked, with your upgrade link. That one email sells the upgrade for you.
Workflows
Four triggers (Listing claimed, Lead received, Featured started, Featured ending) and a "Feature listing" action. Welcome new owners, follow up with every visitor, and remind owners before their featured time runs out.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't find businesses for you (import your own list), write listings, or call owners. There are no reviews or ratings on listings. The directory lives at our address or inside your own website through the embed code; a separate custom domain isn't supported yet.
Private by design
Owner details, agreements and requests are encrypted at rest. Owner links can be reset at any time. Disconnect deletes everything we hold.
