Punchkeep turns the products you already sell into prepaid session packs. A client buys a 10-class pack, the credits land on their contact, and every booking on your class calendars uses one. Cancel in time and it comes back. No spreadsheets, no counting by hand at the front desk.

What you get

Packages your way

Set how many sessions a package holds, when the credits expire, which calendars it covers, and whether one pack can be shared by a family or a couple. Choose when a credit is used: as soon as the session is booked, or only when the client shows up.

Paid means credited

Link a package to a product (or one price of it, so a 5-pack and a 10-pack can share a product). When an order or invoice for it is paid through your usual payment links, order forms or invoices, the buyer gets the credits. You can also add credits by hand (cash, comps, transfers) or from any workflow.

Bookings count themselves

A booking on a covered calendar uses a credit from the pack that expires first. Cancel before your cut-off (24 hours by default) and the credit returns; cancel late and it is kept, with a line in the history saying why. Choose whether no-shows use a credit. Someone with no credits left who books anyway is tagged, gets a note, and starts your "Booked without credits" workflow; or have those bookings cancelled.

Balances where your automations can use them

Each member's balance, next expiry date and a link to their credits page are saved on the contact, so emails, texts and workflows can use them like any other field.

Workflows that react

Triggers for Credits added, Credits low, Credits expiring and Booked without credits. Actions to Add credits, Use credits (with Used and Not enough credits paths) and Check credits (with Has credits and No credits paths). Retries never use a credit twice.

A credits page for every member

A private link shows their balance per package, expiry dates, recent activity and a personal check-in code. No app to download, no login.

Front desk check-in by QR

Open the front desk link on any tablet or phone. Scan a member's code and they are checked in to the booking they have now, it is marked showed, and the credit is used if your package counts attendance. Walk-ins use one credit after staff confirm. Name search works when someone forgets their phone, and the last check-in can be undone.

A full ledger

Every credit added, used, returned, expired or adjusted is recorded with who, when and why, and admins can adjust, extend or remove a pack with a note.
