Foliowell turns your site's orders, form entries and bookings into documents that look the way you designed them. Write the document in Word or Google Docs, type fields like {{order.number}} or {{customer.name}} where the details go, and upload the file. Your layout, fonts, colors and logo stay exactly as you made them, and the result comes out as a PDF or a Word file.

Invoices and packing slips get a table with one row per item, the tax rate on each line, a tax breakdown by rate, your tax or VAT number and the customer's, and text that only shows when it applies, such as "Paid with thanks" or a note for orders over a set amount. Form entries become certificates, signed agreements and application records, with a drawn signature printed as a picture. Bookings become confirmations with the date, staff, location and your own waiver wording.
