Foliowell terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-04. These terms are between you (the owner of the Wix site where Foliowell is installed) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA.

The service

Foliowell fills Word templates you upload (or our starters) with your site's store orders, form entries and bookings, and produces PDF or Word documents: by hand from the dashboard, in bulk for a date range, or automatically when an order is paid, placed or fulfilled, a form is submitted, or a booking is confirmed. It can add the document's link to the order's timeline or the customer's contact card in Wix and, when email is switched on, email it to the customer. Your templates are yours.

Your documents

You decide what your templates say. Foliowell prints what your template and your records contain; it does not check that an invoice meets the tax or invoicing rules of your country, that a contract or waiver is enforceable, or that a certificate is accurate. If you need a legally compliant tax invoice, check your template with your accountant, or use Wix's own invoices for that purpose. Numbers are given in the order documents are made; a number, once given to a record, stays with it.

How it works with Wix

Foliowell reads your records through Wix's APIs each time a document is made or opened, so a document shows the record as it is at that moment. Automations usually run within seconds; if Wix is slow they retry, and anything that couldn't be made waits in Activity with the reason and a Retry button. If Wix changes or pauses its APIs, documents may wait until we adapt; nothing is lost from your Wix site.

Links and retention

Document links work for the number of days you choose in Settings, then stop. Keep your own copy of anything you need longer (download it, or keep the order in Wix and make the document again).

Plans and billing

Foliowell is a paid app billed by Wix: Standard $24 a month or $20 a month billed yearly; Pro $49 a month or $40 a month billed yearly; each with a 14-day free trial through Wix. Wix collects payment, taxes and renewals under its own terms, and you cancel in your Wix account. When a plan ends, no new documents are made and links stop working when they expire; your templates and settings stay until you uninstall. Plan limits (documents a month, templates, language versions, bulk run size) are listed in the app.

Your customers' data

You're the controller of your customers' data; we process it for you as described in the privacy policy. Make sure you're allowed to put it in documents and to send those documents, and handle requests to see or delete it.

Fair use

Don't use Foliowell for unlawful purposes, to make misleading documents, or to put load on our service beyond normal use. We may suspend a site that does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Foliowell running and answer support within one business day, but we provide it as is, without warranties. If we change prices, the change applies to new subscriptions only. If we ever retire Foliowell, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and keep serving paid subscriptions until they end.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Great Work's total liability is limited to what you paid for Foliowell in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including the content of documents made from your templates.
