Foliowell does the store chores Webflow Ecommerce leaves to you: invoices and packing slips in your own design, pick lists, low-stock alerts, bulk price and inventory changes, order export, tracking numbers, notes and tags. It runs inside the Designer, and your orders and products stay in Webflow.

What you get

Invoices in your layout, numbered your way

Start from our invoice, receipt, packing slip or pick list, or upload your own Word (.docx) template and put fields like the order number, the items and the totals where you want them. Change it in Word or Google Docs any time and upload it again. Your logo, legal name, address and tax ID or VAT number. The buyer's VAT ID comes from a checkout field when your checkout asks for one.

Made when the order comes in

Automatic on every new order, or when an order is fulfilled (a receipt or delivery note). One order at a time from the Orders tab, or select up to 500 orders and get one PDF to print, or a pick list that adds up every SKU across them.

Stock you hear about before it runs out (Pro)

Set a low-stock level for the whole store or per SKU. Foliowell tells you once when a SKU drops to it, again when it runs out, and again after a restock if it drops a second time. A daily digest of everything low or out, at the hour you pick, in the app and by email.

Bulk product changes you can preview and undo

Change prices by percent or amount with rounding to .99, .95 or whole amounts, set compare-at prices for a sale, set or add inventory, or rewrite SKU codes from a pattern. The preview reads your products from Webflow and shows every before and after. Anything someone changed since you previewed is skipped, never overwritten.

Orders, sorted

Export orders to CSV with the columns, dates, status and tag you choose, or one row per item for packing. Import a tracking CSV and Foliowell adds the carrier and tracking number to each order and marks it fulfilled, with Webflow's shipped email if you want it (Pro). It checks the file first and shows you every row.

What it doesn't do

Refunds and credit notes stay in Webflow's Orders tab. Foliowell doesn't refund or cancel orders. It isn't a tax filing or e-invoicing system. Check your country's invoice rules for what an invoice must show.
