Whenwell adds a date and time picker to your checkout. When a shopper chooses local delivery or pickup, they pick a day and a time slot before they pay, and the order arrives with that time attached: in your Orders list as columns, in the order's timeline, in the order note if you want it there, and on the shopper's thank-you page.

You set the schedule. Each weekday gets its own time slots, and each slot gets an order limit, so the 10 to 12 window fills up and closes on its own instead of landing twelve orders on one driver. You can cap a whole day too. Lead time keeps same-day orders out when you need a day to bake or build, the cut-off time moves late orders to the next day, and closed dates cover holidays and vacations. Pickup can have its own times, and Pro supports up to 10 pickup locations with their own hours.
