Okaypath turns your Wix Forms submissions into approval requests. Purchase requests, time off, applications, event proposals, content sign-off: anything that needs a yes or no from someone, and a record of who said it.
Build a workflow for a form and say who decides. Approvers can be anyone with an email address, or the person whose email is in an answer, such as the manager named on the form. Add steps that run in order: a manager first, then finance only when the amount is over 1,000. Each step can be decided by any one approver, by everyone, or on Pro by at least a number of them, like 2 of 5.
