Foliowell for Webflow: Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Foliowell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.

  1. License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Webflow site (or, with a Workspace plan, the workspace) it's installed on, for your own or your clients' stores.

  2. Trial, plans and billing. Each site gets a 14-day free trial with everything in Pro and 200 numbered documents. It starts the first time the App makes a numbered document, applies a product change, starts a scheduled sale, turns on stock alerts or imports tracking numbers; installing, previews, reading orders and products, notes and tags don't start it. After the trial, the App needs a paid plan: Standard at $35 per month or $350 per year per site (500 documents a month, bulk runs of 100 orders), Pro at $79 per month or $790 per year per site (adds low-stock alerts, scheduled sales and tracking import; 5,000 documents a month, bulk runs of 500), or Workspace at $249 per month or $2,490 per year for every site in one Webflow workspace with Pro on each. There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

  3. When a trial or plan ends. The App stops making new documents, product changes, sales, alerts and tracking imports. Your store isn't touched, document links you already sent keep working until they expire, previews still work, and your templates and settings are kept. A sale that is running when a plan ends still puts prices back at its end time.

  4. Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.

  5. Your store and responsibilities. You may only connect a site you own or manage. You decide what your documents say: the App fills your templates with your order data and business details, and you are responsible for invoices, receipts and tax details meeting the rules where you sell (the App is not a tax filing or e-invoicing system and doesn't make credit notes). You choose and preview product changes and sales before they run; check them, and keep your own records of prices that matter. Turning on the invoice page lets anyone with an order number and the matching checkout email download that order's document; don't turn it on if that isn't right for your store. Don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's terms, or anyone's rights.

  6. How the App works, and its limits. The App reads orders, products and inventory and writes the changes you ask for through Webflow's official Data API, within your site's rate limits. It never refunds, cancels or unfulfills orders, and never creates or deletes products. Updating a SKU through the API sets the product to Webflow's Advanced product type. Undo covers the newest product change for 30 days and leaves alone SKUs edited after it; a sale puts back only prices nobody changed during it. Webhooks, alerts and scheduled sales depend on Webflow delivering its notifications and our server running; a sale can start or end up to a few minutes after its time. Webflow is not a party to these terms or responsible for the App.

  7. Data. Our privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/foliowell-for-webflow/privacy) describes what we store. For your store's orders, customers and products we act as your processor: we process them only to provide the App, keep them confidential, protect them as described there, delete them as the policy says, and use only the subprocessors it names (DigitalOcean for hosting, Stripe for billing, and Resend for alert emails once email is switched on). Write to us for a data processing agreement.

  8. Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). We won't remove a core feature (documents from your templates, numbering, bulk runs, product changes with undo, stock alerts on Pro) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request, unless Webflow withdraws the API it depends on.

  9. Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that documents meet any country's invoicing rules, that every alert will arrive, or that Webflow will accept every change.

  10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, including sales lost to a price or inventory change you set up, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

  11. Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time; Remove Foliowell deletes what we store for the site and leaves your store as it is. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive.

  12. General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
