GlancewellEvery client site in one dashboard: uptime, domains, forms, CMS limits, SEO. Trial, then $49/mo.
Full name: “Glancewell: Agency Site Health”
From $49 a month per workspace. 14-day free trial for up to 10 sites, starting at your first scan. No card needed to try it.
Glancewell puts every site in your Webflow workspace on one health dashboard, so you find the expired certificate, the noindex left on after launch and the contact form that stopped getting leads before your client does. Install it once for the workspace and open it from any site's Designer.
What you get
One table for every client site
A health score per site, up or down, last publish, site plan, CMS items against the plan's limit, form submissions in the last 30 days, page and language counts, and the most urgent issue. Sort by health or last publish, filter to sites with issues, down or stale, and export the whole workspace to CSV.
Checks that run every day
Each custom domain: is the home page up, how fast it answered, when the certificate expires, and whether plain http redirects to https. Indexing: noindex or a robots.txt that blocks everything on the live domain, and a webflow.io address left open to search engines next to the real domain.
Broken pages from the sitemap, weekly
Once a week Glancewell reads each live sitemap and checks up to 100 of its pages. Pages search engines are told about that now return 404 are listed by address.
Reports your clients can read
A PDF report per site with your agency's name on it: score, uptime, domains and certificates, the site at a glance and every finding in plain words. No Glancewell branding in the body and no upsell. CSV per site, and one for the whole workspace.
When one of our apps fixes a finding
A finding our other Webflow apps fix carries one quiet "Fix with" line (broken pages, SEO fields, alt text, CMS backups, content scheduling). You can turn these off in Settings, and client PDFs never include them.
What it doesn't do
It's read-only: it never edits a site, the CMS or a form. Webflow only shares a site's plan with Enterprise workspaces, so elsewhere the plan is worked out from the site (a site with no custom domain is likely on Starter) and you can set the real one per site. CMS limits use the plan you set.
