CadencewellA calendar for every CMS collection: schedule publish, unpublish and repeats. Trial, then $39/mo.
Full name: “Cadencewell: Content Calendar”
$39 a month per site. 14-day free trial on each site, starting the first time you schedule an action. No card needed to try it.
Cadencewell puts every CMS collection on one content calendar inside the Webflow Designer, and publishes, unpublishes or archives each item at the time you pick. Webflow's own scheduling covers items that were never published, one at a time, on some plans. Cadencewell also schedules updates to live posts, takes expired offers down, republishes on a repeat, schedules 200 posts in one go and publishes the whole site at 6:00 on launch day, all on one calendar your team can see.
What you get
One calendar for the whole site
Month, week and list views of every collection you choose, plus ideas that aren't CMS items yet. Cards are dated by one of your Date/Time fields (a "Publish date", say) or by a planned date Cadencewell keeps.
Schedule what Webflow can't
Publish, unpublish or archive any item at a date and time, including updates to items that are already live. Repeat daily, weekly or monthly at the same local time, across daylight saving changes, until a date you set.
Nothing goes out by surprise
If an item is edited after you scheduled it, Cadencewell holds the publish and asks you first (you can turn this off). An action that's more than 6 hours late, because a server was down for example, waits for your OK too.
For the team
A status board: Idea, Draft, Ready, Scheduled, Published. Drag cards between the first three. Assignees and notes on every card. Turn an idea into a draft CMS item in one click.
What it doesn't do
Items scheduled with Webflow's own Schedule button aren't visible to apps, so they don't appear on the calendar. Schedule them in Cadencewell instead. It doesn't edit your content. It writes only the date field you choose, the archived flag, and new draft items you create from ideas.
Get started
Install Cadencewell and approve your site, then open it from the Apps panel in the Designer. Your collections appear on the calendar right away.
What Cadencewell needs
Read access to your site and CMS, permission to publish, unpublish and archive items and to publish the site at the times you schedule. The Webflow access token is stored encrypted. Great Work keeps your calendar settings, the status, assignee, encrypted notes, planned date and title of the cards you plan, your scheduled actions and the audit log. Your content stays in Webflow.
