Cadencewell for Webflow: Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Cadencewell is a Webflow app made by Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA (hello@greatwork.company). This policy covers what Cadencewell collects, why, where it goes, how long we keep it and how to delete it.

What Cadencewell stores

WhatWhyKept for
Your site's Webflow access token, encrypted (AES-256-GCM)To read your collections and items for the calendar and to run the actions you scheduleUntil you remove Cadencewell, uninstall it or revoke access; then deleted
Site id, workspace id, site nameTo apply your planAs long as Cadencewell is connected
Settings: time zone, week start, default publish time, the re-confirm and reminder switches, which collections show and which Date/Time field dates their cardsSo the calendar looks the way you set itUntil you remove Cadencewell
Card plans: editorial status, assignee (a name or email you type), notes (encrypted, AES-256-GCM), planned date, and the card's title (an idea's title, or the item's name as last read)The calendar, the board, reminders and the calendar feedUntil you delete the card, the item is deleted in Webflow, or you remove Cadencewell
Scheduled actions: what (publish, unpublish, archive, site publish), which item, when, the repeat rule, who scheduled it (Webflow user email), status, attempts, the last error, and a keyed fingerprint of the item (an HMAC that shows whether it changed; not its content)To run the action at its time, retry it, and hold it for your OK if the item was edited after you scheduled it1 year after it ran or was cancelled, or until you remove Cadencewell
Audit log: when, who, what happened (scheduled, moved, ran, retried, held, confirmed, cancelled), with card titles and timesAccountability inside your team1 year, or until you remove Cadencewell
The calendar feed's secret, if you create a feed linkSo only that link worksUntil you turn the feed off, get a new link, or remove Cadencewell
Reminder emails, once email is on: which assignee got a reminder and whenAt most one reminder a day eachUntil you remove Cadencewell
Server request logs: time, method, path, status, durationSecurity and troubleshooting30 days. Not logged: query strings, tokens, feed links, request bodies, notes, emails

What we don't store. The calendar reads your collections and items from Webflow when you open it and keeps them in our server's memory for up to 5 minutes (the calendar feed for up to 1 hour); Cadencewell keeps no copy of your CMS content on disk. Cadencewell doesn't collect your site visitors' data, adds no code or cookies to your site, and doesn't read static pages, form submissions, ecommerce data or assets.

Personal data. The personal data Cadencewell holds is your Webflow user email (sessions, receipts, the audit log, and failure notices once email is on), and the names or emails you type as assignees. Notes can contain personal data if you write it; they are encrypted. The calendar feed shows card titles, statuses, collections and assignees (never notes) to anyone who has the link, so share it only with your team; you can replace it at any time. We don't sell personal data, don't use it for advertising and don't use it to train AI models. Cadencewell sends none of your content to any AI service.

Retention and deletion

  • Remove Cadencewell (Settings) cancels every scheduled action and deletes the Webflow token (revoked at Webflow first), settings, cards, ideas, scheduled actions, the audit log and the feed link for your site, at once.
  • Uninstall or revoke access in Webflow: we delete the token and your site's data the next time Webflow tells us the access is gone (on our next request or scheduled action, and at the latest by the next daily check).
  • Finished actions and audit entries are deleted after 1 year (retention runs daily).
  • If your trial or plan ends, scheduled actions pause (they don't run) and nothing is deleted for 30 days; the calendar and audit log stay readable. After 30 days without a plan, everything for the site is deleted.
  • To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, email hello@greatwork.company. We answer within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict its use. Email hello@greatwork.company. Our legal basis for processing is the contract with you (providing the app you installed) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Children

Cadencewell is a business tool and isn't meant for children under 16; site visitors are never involved.

Changes

We'll post changes here and update the date above. If a change matters, we'll say so in the app.
