Cadencewell for Webflow: Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Cadencewell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.
-
License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Webflow sites it covers, for your own or your clients' sites.
-
Trial, plans and billing. Each site gets a 14-day free trial that starts the first time you schedule an action; opening the calendar, planning cards and moving them before that don't start it. After the trial, the App needs a paid plan: a site plan at $39 per month or $390 per year, covering every collection of one site, or a workspace plan at $149 per month or $1,490 per year, covering every site in one Webflow workspace. No plan limits the number of cards, scheduled actions, repeats or site publishes. There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.
-
When a trial or plan ends. Scheduled actions pause instead of running, and planning, moving and scheduling pause too. Nothing on your site changes. The calendar, board and audit log stay readable for 30 days; after 30 days without a plan, the site's data in the App is deleted. If you pick a plan in time, paused actions run again, and any that missed their time by more than 6 hours wait for your OK.
-
Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.
-
Your sites and responsibilities. Your content stays yours. You may only connect sites you own or manage with the owner's permission, because the App publishes, unpublishes and archives items and publishes the site when you schedule it to. You decide what to schedule and when, and you are responsible for what is published. Keep your calendar feed link private; anyone with it can see the card titles, statuses and assignees it shows. Don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's terms, or anyone's rights.
-
How the App works, and its limits. The App reads your collections and items through Webflow's official APIs with the access you grant. At each scheduled time it reads the item again and then publishes, unpublishes or archives it, or publishes the site to the domains you chose. Unless you turn the setting off, it holds a publish if the item was edited after you scheduled it, and it holds any action more than 6 hours late, until you confirm. When Webflow refuses or doesn't answer, it retries after 1, 2, 5, 10 and 30 minutes and then marks the action failed and tells you. Scheduled times can be late by up to a minute, and by more when Webflow's rate limits or outages delay a request. It writes only the date field you choose, the archived flag and new draft items you create from ideas; it doesn't edit other content. Items scheduled with Webflow's own scheduling aren't visible to the App. Webflow is not a party to these terms or responsible for the App.
-
Data. Our privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/cadencewell-for-webflow/privacy) describes what we store. Where we process personal data for you, we do so only on your instructions, keep it confidential, protect it as described there, help you answer requests from the people concerned, and delete it as the policy says. Write to us for a data processing agreement.
-
Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). We may improve the App; we won't remove a core feature (the calendar views, the board, scheduled publish, unpublish, archive and site publish, repeats, bulk scheduling, holds for edited items, the audit log, the calendar feed) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request.
-
Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that Webflow accepts every request, or that an action runs at the exact second you picked.
-
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, traffic or data, including from an action that ran late, didn't run, or ran as scheduled, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
-
Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time; uninstalling cancels every scheduled action. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive.
-
General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
