Cellferry keeps a Google Sheet and a Webflow CMS collection in sync. Edit prices, listings, team members or a whole product catalog in the spreadsheet your team already uses, and Cellferry carries the changes to Webflow. Edit in Webflow, and the sheet catches up. Webflow can import and export a CSV, one collection at a time, by hand; Cellferry keeps the two in step on a schedule, both ways, and shows you every change before and after it happens.
What you get
Every field type, mapped column by column
Text, rich text written in Markdown, HTML or plain text, images and files by public link, options by name, references and multi-references by the referenced item's name or slug, dates in your spreadsheet's time zone, numbers, switches, colors, links, emails and phone numbers. Map an Archived or Draft column to control item status from the sheet.
You choose the direction and the rules
Both ways, sheet to Webflow only, or Webflow to sheet only, per sync. When the same cell changed in both places, Cellferry changes neither and flags it, and you pick the value to keep with one click. Or set a rule: the sheet wins, or Webflow wins.
See it, check it, take it back
Preview any sync: Cellferry reads both sides and lists every change it would make, writing nothing. A status column in the sheet says what happened to each row, including errors like an option that doesn't exist or an image link that doesn't work. The rest of the sheet still syncs.
Runs on its own
Schedule each sync every 15 minutes, hourly, daily and more (every 5 minutes on Pro), sync now with a click, and optionally sync about a minute after items change in Webflow. Cellferry paces itself under Webflow's API limits, so big collections sync without errors.
Get started
Install Cellferry and approve your site, then open it from the Apps panel in the Designer. Connect Google, choose a collection, create a new spreadsheet for it (or pick one of yours), check the column mapping, press Preview, then Sync now. Set a schedule when you're happy with it.
What Cellferry needs
Read and write access to your site's CMS, and permission to publish and to create item webhooks. It adds no code to your site and never touches your pages. Google access to only the spreadsheets you create with Cellferry or pick with Google's file picker. It can't see anything else in your Drive.
