BatonwellRoute form submissions by their answers to Slack, Google Chat, Google Sheets and signed webhooks.
Full name: “Batonwell: Form Router”
From $39 a month per site. 14-day free trial on each site with 250 routed submissions, starting when you turn routing on. No card needed to try it.
Batonwell sends each Webflow form submission where it belongs, based on what the visitor answered. Webflow's own form settings email each form to a fixed list of people. Batonwell adds routing by answer: sales leads to the #sales channel and a leads sheet, support requests to the support space, job applications to the hiring manager's tool, and everything else to a catch-all.
What you get
Routes by answer
For each form (or every form on the site), add routes with conditions on any field: is, is not, contains, ends with, any of, greater than, less than, empty or filled in. Match all or any of them. Routes run top to bottom. Every route that matches sends, or tick Stop here for first-match routing.
Where submissions go
Slack and Google Chat: a clear message with the fields you choose and a title like "New lead: {{Name}}". Visitor text is escaped, so a submission can never ping @channel. Google Sheets: Batonwell creates a spreadsheet for the route and appends one row per submission. New fields get new columns. Values go in as plain text, never as formulas. Batonwell can open only the spreadsheets it created, nothing else in your Drive.
Nothing gets lost quietly
Every submission shows up in Activity with where it went: delivered, retrying, failed or held. A failed delivery is retried automatically for about a day (after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours and 24 hours). Send again re-delivers one destination or all of them with one click.
Spam rules on top of Webflow's
One click adds a hidden spam-trap field to the form you select. Bots fill it in; people never see it. Flag too many links, blocked words, blocked email domains, repeats of the same content, and bursts of submissions. Spam is kept in its own list so a false positive goes on with Not spam, send it. Spam never counts toward your plan.
Get started
Install Batonwell and approve your site, then open it from the Apps panel in the Designer. Add a destination (paste a Slack or Google Chat webhook link, connect Google Sheets, or paste a webhook URL), add a route for your form, press Send test, then Turn routing on.
What Batonwell needs
Read access to your site's forms and one Webflow webhook for new form submissions. It adds no code to your site and changes nothing on your pages except the optional spam-trap field you add yourself. Made by Great Work LLC. Not made or endorsed by Webflow. English interface.
