WinnowellRules for the suspended ticket queue: dry run first, bulk recover or delete, audit trail in Zendesk.
Full name: “Winnowell: Suspended Ticket Rules”
From $99 a month per Zendesk account. 14-day free trial (Zendesk asks for a card at install). Billed monthly by Zendesk. No free plan.
Clear the suspended ticket queue with rules you can test first, and keep a record of every email you recovered or deleted. Spam waves, out-of-office replies, mail loops from your own support address and real customers caught by the spam filter all land in one queue. Winnowell sorts that queue with your rules, shows you exactly what each rule will do before anything changes, then recovers and deletes in safe batches and writes down what happened, inside Zendesk.
Winnowell is built by Great Work LLC. It is not made or endorsed by Zendesk.
What you get
Rules for the suspended queue
Match on what matters: sender address or domain, sender name, subject, message text, support address, brand, cause of suspension, hours in the queue, attachments or a pattern. Four actions: recover, recover with a requester, delete, or keep for review. Rules run top to bottom and the first match decides, so a "keep" rule for a VIP domain protects it from a broad spam rule below.
Dry run first, every time
Every run starts as a dry run: how many will be recovered, deleted, kept or left alone, which rule decided each one, which rules overlap, and the full list of what will be deleted. Nothing is deleted without a typed confirmation ("DELETE 214"). Automatic runs never delete.
Recover what Zendesk will not recover on its own
Mail forwarded from your own inbox is suspended as "Received from support address" and cannot be recovered as is. Recover with a requester finds the original sender in the forwarded "From:" line (or uses an address you set) and recovers it with that person as the requester, in bulk. Recovered tickets get a tag (and any tags the rule adds) for views, triggers and reports, plus an optional internal note naming the rule.
An audit trail that stays in Zendesk
Each run writes an internal log ticket: the plan, then every suspended email with its sender, subject, cause, rule and outcome, and the new ticket number. Stop any time and resume later. Resume picks up the confirmed plan where it stopped and never touches an email twice.
