Tabwell: AccountTabwell: EmailTabwell: LinkTabwell: Summary

See what a customer owes in QuickBooks Online right on the ticket, and send them the invoice without leaving the reply. Tabwell finds the requester's QuickBooks customer by email and shows the open balance, what's overdue and by how long, recent payments and unused credit, so "did you get my payment?" gets a real answer the first time.

Tabwell is built by Great Work LLC. It is not made or endorsed by Zendesk or Intuit. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

What you get

Who owes what, before you reply

Open balance and overdue total at the top, from the customer record that matches the requester's email. Open invoices first, oldest overdue on top, with amount still owed and a badge like "45 days overdue".

Send the invoice from the ticket

Invoice link to the reply. One click puts the invoice's QuickBooks link into your reply with your team's wording. The customer opens it to view, download the PDF and pay online. Email it from QuickBooks with your QuickBooks email template.

Notes where accounting will see them

Add a note to the customer in QuickBooks ("Promised to pay INV-1041 by Friday"), stamped with the date, ticket number and your name. Nothing already there changes. Every action is logged on the ticket as an internal note with a tabwell_* tag.

Built for support teams

Sign in with Intuit, no tokens to copy. Agents don't need QuickBooks seats and see only the customer on their ticket. Role limits. Choose who may email invoices, put links in replies, send summaries or add notes; everyone else sees invoices read-only.

What it doesn't do

No payments, refunds, invoices or credit memos. Tabwell never creates or changes money in QuickBooks. No QuickBooks statements or PDF attachments. QuickBooks only makes invoice links for invoices that accept online payments and have a customer email.
