One connection covers every channel Billbee collects: your Shopware, Shopify or WooCommerce shop, Amazon, eBay, Otto, Kaufland and manual orders. Your agents answer "Wo ist meine Bestellung?" without opening Billbee in another tab.

What agents see - Every order matched to the requester by each email on their Zendesk profile. Only exact email matches count, so a look-alike address never shows a stranger's order. - Marketplace buyers behind relay emails (Amazon, eBay) or without any email: Paketwell finds the Billbee customer with exactly the requester's full name and shows those orders with a badge saying so. An order number written in the ticket is matched by the buyer's name or phone. An order someone else placed is named with a masked email, never shown. - State (ordered, paid, packed, shipped...), channel and marketplace order number, invoice number, items with SKU, totals in euros or Swiss francs, payment method and date, delivery address and shipping product, shipments with carrier, tracking number and tracking link, order comments and tags. - One click puts the order state and tracking into the reply, worded for the customer. - A lookup box for any order number, invoice number, email or full name.
