Sacolawell shows your customer's Nuvemshop (Tiendanube) orders next to every ticket: items, payment, shipping and tracking, found by their email or the CPF/CNPJ in the ticket. "Cadê meu pedido?" gets answered without a second tab, and without asking the customer for an order number they already sent you.

What agents see - Every order matched to the customer by each email on their Zendesk profile, and by a CPF or CNPJ written in the ticket. Nuvemshop's search is full text, so Sacolawell keeps an order only when its email or document is exactly the customer's: joana.souza never shows up on ana.souza's ticket. - Order status, items with variants and SKU, totals with coupons, Pix and payment-method discounts and shipping, the payment method, card brand and installments. - Shipping and tracking for every package: carrier, service, tracking number and link, the latest tracking event and the delivery window, including split shipments and store pickup. - Paid totals across the orders found, unpaid and shipped counts, and how long they've been a customer. - One click puts the status and tracking into your reply, in the agent's language. - A lookup box for an order number, an email or a CPF/CNPJ. An order the ticket mentions that belongs to someone else is named with a masked email, never shown.
