Matched automatically by every email address on the requester's Zendesk profile. Contact: company, job title, phone, how long they've been a contact, and their LGPD communications status (allowed, opted out or no legal basis).
Actions with a confirmation and a trail
Create a contact for a new requester, with name, email, phone, job title and an LGPD legal basis if you set one. Funilwell checks RD Station again first, so it never creates a duplicate. Add a note to a deal. Only what the agent writes and a link to the ticket go to RD Station, never the ticket conversation.
