QuotestubQuote requests, approvals, PDF quotes and checkout at the quoted price
Full name: “Quotestub: Request a Quote & Approvals”
From $29 a month per site, or $24 a month billed yearly. 14-day free trial through Wix. Wix asks for a card when the trial starts and charges when it ends unless you cancel.
Quotestub turns "can you do a better price on 40 of these?" into a paid order. Shoppers add products to a quote list from the product page or the side cart, answer your questions (company, phone, address, deadline, anything you add), and send the request. You get it in your dashboard and by email.
Price it like a spreadsheet: change unit prices, take a percentage off a line, add a discount on the whole quote, add custom lines for setup or freight, quote shipping yourself or leave it to your checkout, and set how long the price holds. The totals update as you type, and they're computed from the exact unit prices the customer will pay, so the quote and the checkout always agree.
What you get
- A Request a quote button on your product pages and in the side cart, with your own form questions
- Price each request in your dashboard: line and order discounts, shipping, and a valid-until date
- Quotes over your limit go to an approver first, by private link, before the customer sees them
- Customers accept online and pay at your checkout at exactly the quoted prices
