Quotestub terms of use
Last updated 2026-10-03. These terms are between you (the owner of the Wix site where Quotestub is installed) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA.
The service
Quotestub lets your shoppers request quotes, lets you price and send them (with an optional internal approval step), and lets your customers accept a quote and pay for it in your Wix checkout at the quoted prices. You set the prices, terms and validity of your quotes and you fulfill the orders. A quote is your offer to your customer, not ours; the terms you add are between you and them.
How checkout works with Wix
When a customer accepts, Quotestub creates a Wix checkout template with the quoted items and prices and sends the customer to your Wix checkout. Wix adds tax, and shipping unless you quote it yourself, and handles payment. If Wix changes or pauses checkout templates, accepting online may stop working until we adapt; your quotes, PDFs and links keep working and we'll tell you. Wix product prices, stock and product availability are checked by Wix at checkout.
When email is on for your site, Quotestub sends quotes, reminders and approval requests from a Great Work sending address with your business email as reply-to. Make sure you're allowed to email the people you send quotes to.
Plans and billing
Quotestub is a paid app billed by Wix: Standard $29 a month or $24 a month billed yearly; Pro $59 a month or $49 a month billed yearly; each with a 14-day free trial through Wix. Wix collects payment, taxes and renewals under its own terms, and you cancel in your Wix account. When a plan ends, the button is hidden on your site, quotes can't be sent and customers can't accept online; your quotes and settings stay until you uninstall. Plan limits are listed in the app.
Your customers' data
You're the controller of your customers' data; we process it for you as described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
Don't use Quotestub for unlawful sales, spam, or to put load on our service beyond normal use. We may suspend a site that does.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Quotestub running and answer support within one business day, but we provide it as is, without warranties. If we change prices, the change applies to new subscriptions only. If we ever retire Quotestub, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and keep serving paid subscriptions until they end.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Great Work's total liability is limited to what you paid for Quotestub in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including prices quoted in error.
