RowstubOrders, form entries, bookings and contacts in Google Sheets, kept up to date

Rowstub sends your site's records to Google Sheets and keeps them current. Pick what to send (store orders, entries from a form, bookings or contacts), pick a spreadsheet and a tab, and choose the columns. From then on, every new record lands as a row within seconds.

The part a plain export can't do is the second half of an order's life. When an order is paid, fulfilled or refunded, or a booking is rescheduled or canceled, Rowstub finds the row it wrote and updates it, so your sheet shows where things stand today, not how they looked at checkout. You can sort the rows, add your own columns for notes and move columns around; Rowstub only writes under its own headers.

What you get

• New orders, form entries, bookings and contacts become rows in your sheet the moment they happen
• When an order is paid, fulfilled or refunded, its row updates in place instead of adding a duplicate
• One row per order or one row per item, with your own column names and filters like "only paid orders"
• Send past records too, and see every row that failed with a one-click Retry
