Assentwell sends a Docusign envelope from the ticket sidebar, filled in from the ticket, the requester and their organization, shows where it stands every time you open the ticket, and attaches the signed PDF back to the ticket as an internal note when it is done.

Send from the ticket
Templates, filled in for you. Pick any template in your Docusign account. Text fields whose data label starts with zd_ are filled from Zendesk: zd_requester_name, zd_organization, zd_ticket_id, zd_date, any ticket field (zd_field_<id>), user field (zd_user_<key>) or organization field (zd_org_<key>). The agent sees every value before sending. The requester is the signer by default. Roles your template already names (a countersigner, a manager) keep their recipient; agents can change any role.
Follow it to the signature
Status in the sidebar: sent, opened, signed, declined or voided, with each signer's progress. Assentwell checks when the ticket opens and follows Docusign's polling rules, so your integration stays in good standing. Remind the signer with one click, or void an envelope with a reason Docusign passes on.
