Agendawell turns the calendar you already keep into real Webflow CMS items. Add an iCal (ICS) feed from Google Calendar, Outlook or Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud or any calendar app, pick a collection, and every event shows up as an item you design with your own Collection Lists and template page. Change an event in your calendar and the item follows. Because the events are CMS items, not an embedded widget, they are styled in the Designer, filtered and sorted like any collection, and indexed by search engines as part of your site. The weekly class stops being a weekly copy and paste.

Weekly classes, monthly meetings and every other repeat rule are expanded into one item per date, up to 12 months ahead (24 on Pro). Or keep one item per event that moves to its next date after each one.

Map event properties to your own fields, or let Agendawell create an Events collection with every field already mapped. Start and end dates for sorting and filtering, plus ready-to-show date and time texts in 16 languages.

Stays in sync without surprises

What it doesn't do

It never writes to your calendar, and it doesn't take RSVPs or sell tickets. It doesn't draw a calendar widget: you design the events page with Webflow's own Collection Lists.

Get started

Install Agendawell and approve your site, then open it from the Apps panel in the Designer. Paste your calendar's iCal address, pick or create an events collection, press Preview, then Sync now. Bind a Collection List to the collection and sort it by Start.

What Agendawell needs

Read and write access to your CMS to create and update event items, and your site's name, time zone and workspace. It adds no code to your site and never touches your pages or styles. Calendar addresses are stored encrypted; Agendawell keeps no copy of your calendars or your CMS. Not made or endorsed by Webflow. English interface.
