Wrenchwell terms of service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These terms are between you (the business using Wrenchwell) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing or using Wrenchwell you agree to them.
The service
Wrenchwell turns bookings in your CRM into field service jobs, shows them on a dispatch board and on your technicians' phones through personal links, texts your customers when a technician is on the way, records checklists, photos and signatures, saves a job report to your account and totals your technicians' hours.
Your responsibilities
- Keep technician links private and reset a link when a phone is lost or someone leaves. Anyone with a link sees that technician's jobs.
- Have a lawful basis to text and email your customers and to photograph their property, and tell them how you use their data (your own privacy policy).
- Route suggestions and ETAs are estimates. Drive safely: technicians shouldn't use the page while driving.
- The timesheet totals the times your technicians tap. It is a record for you, not a payroll or wage-and-hour system; check it before you pay anyone.
Billing
Wrenchwell is billed through your CRM's app marketplace after a 14-day free trial, by the number of technicians: $129 per month (up to 5), $249 per month (up to 15) or $399 per month (up to 40) per business account, or ten times the monthly price per year, unless the listing shows otherwise. Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; if a change removes something important, we will tell you in advance where we can. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Wrenchwell in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for missed appointments, late arrivals, messages that weren't delivered, or indirect or consequential losses.
Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app or clicking Disconnect, which deletes your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or don't pay.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
