Whenwell terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-03. These terms are between you (the owner of the Wix site where Whenwell is installed) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA.

The service

Whenwell lets your shoppers choose a delivery or pickup date and time at checkout, enforces the schedule and limits you set, writes the chosen time to the order, and gives you a calendar and picking list. You fulfill the orders. You're responsible for your schedule, for honoring the times shoppers choose, and for telling customers when you move an order (Wix doesn't email them about our changes).

How checkout works with Wix

Whenwell works through the extension points Wix offers: a plugin you add to the checkout and thank-you pages, a checkout validation step, and fields on the order. If Wix changes or pauses these, slots may stop showing until we adapt; we'll tell you if that happens. Wix's own confirmation emails don't include our fields unless you turn on "write the time into the order note" and Wix shows that note.

Plans and billing

Whenwell is a paid app billed by Wix: Standard $19 a month or $16 a month billed yearly; Pro $39 a month or $32 a month billed yearly; each with a 14-day free trial through Wix. Wix collects payment, taxes and renewals under its own terms, and you cancel in your Wix account. When a plan ends, shoppers stop seeing time slots and checkout works without them; your schedule and bookings stay until you uninstall. Plan limits are listed in the app.

Your customers' data

You're the controller of your customers' data; we process it for you as described in the privacy policy.

Fair use

Don't use Whenwell for unlawful sales or to put load on our service beyond normal use. We may suspend a site that does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Whenwell running and answer support within one business day, but we provide it as is, without warranties. If Whenwell hits an error while checking a checkout, it lets the order through rather than blocking your store. If we change prices, the change applies to new subscriptions only. If we ever retire Whenwell, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and keep serving paid subscriptions until they end.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Great Work's total liability is limited to what you paid for Whenwell in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including orders over- or under-booked.
