Spokewell for Webflow: Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Spokewell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.

1. License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Webflow workspace it's installed in, for your own or your clients' sites.

2. Trial, plans and billing. Each workspace gets a 14-day free trial with the Studio limits (3 target sites, 2,000 source items) that starts at its first real sync; installing the App, setting up syncs and previews don't start it. After the trial, the App needs a paid workspace plan: Studio at $49 per month or $490 per year for up to 3 target sites and 2,000 source items, Agency at $99 per month or $990 per year for up to 10 sites and 5,000 items, or Network at $249 per month or $2,490 per year for up to 50 sites and 25,000 items. A source item counts once however many sites it goes to; sync runs and changes are unlimited. Sites beyond the plan's count are skipped and new items beyond it wait. There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

3. When a trial or plan ends. Syncing, previews and undo stop. Every site keeps its content exactly as it is. Your syncs and the log are kept for 30 days; after that the workspace's data is deleted.

4. Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.

5. Your workspace and responsibilities. You may only connect a workspace you own or manage, and only sync content you have the right to publish on every target site. You choose what a sync does (which fields, whether it updates, archives, deletes or publishes); preview a sync before you run it, and keep your own backups of content that matters. Don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's terms, or anyone's rights.

6. How the App works, and its limits. The App reads your source collection and writes your target collections through Webflow's official Data API, within each site's rate limits. It only writes to the target collections you pick, and creates collections or fields only when you press Prepare this site. Syncs are one-way. Webflow's API can't add options to an existing option field, set field validations or create every field type; the App tells you what to add by hand. Undo covers the most recent sync of each setup for 30 days and leaves alone items edited after that sync. Webflow's own limits (CMS items per plan, publishing rules) apply. Webflow is not a party to these terms or responsible for the App.

7. Data. Our privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/spokewell-for-webflow/privacy) describes what we store. For your sites' content we act as your processor: we process it only to provide the App, keep it confidential, protect it as described there, delete it as the policy says, and use only the subprocessors it names (DigitalOcean for hosting, Stripe for billing). Write to us for a data processing agreement.

8. Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). We won't remove a core feature (syncing to many sites, field maps, previews, conflict handling, the log, undo) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request, unless Webflow withdraws the API it depends on.

9. Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that every item will sync or that Webflow will accept every value.

10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, including content changed, overwritten or deleted by a sync you set up, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time; Remove Spokewell deletes what we store for the workspace and leaves your sites' content as it is. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive.

12. General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
