Okaypath terms of use
Last updated 2026-10-05. These terms are between you (the owner of the Wix site where Okaypath is installed) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA.
The service
Okaypath sends submissions of your Wix Forms to the approvers your workflows name, by signed link, one step after another; records each decision and comment; sends reminders; closes requests that wait too long; and, when a request is decided, updates the submitter's contact and submission in Wix, sends Wix Automations events and the emails you switched on. It keeps an audit trail you can export.
What Okaypath decides and what it doesn't
Okaypath records decisions; it doesn't act on them beyond the updates listed above. An approved request doesn't pay, book, publish or ship anything, and a rejected one doesn't refund or delete anything, unless your own Wix Automations do that. You choose the approvers and the rules; check a workflow with the routing test before relying on it. Anyone who has an approver's link can use it until the request closes, so approvers should keep their emails private. You can decide or cancel any open request from the dashboard.
Plans and billing
Okaypath is a paid app billed by Wix: Standard $29 a month or $24 a month billed yearly; Pro $59 a month or $49 a month billed yearly; each with a 14-day free trial through Wix. Wix collects payment, taxes and renewals under its own terms, and you cancel in your Wix account. Plan limits (requests a month, workflows, steps, approvers per step, audit months) are listed in the app. When a plan ends, no new requests start and approver links pause; you can open and export requests for 30 days, then they are deleted.
Your submitters' and approvers' data
You're the controller of the data in your submissions and of your approvers' details; we process it for you as described in the privacy policy. Make sure your own privacy policy covers sending submissions to approvers and, if you switch it on, emailing submitters, and handle requests to see or delete their data.
Fair use
Don't use Okaypath for unlawful purposes, to send email to people who didn't agree to receive it, or to put load on our service beyond normal use. We may pause email for a site that does.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Okaypath running and answer support within one business day, but we provide it as is, without warranties: an email can bounce, Wix can be unavailable when an update is due (Okaypath retries and shows what didn't go through), and approvers can miss a request. If we change prices, the change applies to new subscriptions only. If we ever retire Okaypath, we'll give at least 90 days' notice, keep serving paid subscriptions until they end, and keep exports available until then.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Great Work's total liability is limited to what you paid for Okaypath in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including decisions made or missed through the app.
