What you get
Find the answer, not just the question
Search covers question titles, details, tags and every answer, with "exact phrases", tag: and is: filters. Similar questions appear while you type, so duplicates get caught before they are posted.
Ask right where the question comes up
Ask about any page from its menu. The page shows Questions (3) under its title. Embed a FAQ or open questions anywhere with the /Questions macro, which also exports to PDF.
Your space, your rules
Space admins pick which Confluence groups can ask, answer and moderate, curate the tag list and import existing FAQs from CSV. Viewing always follows Confluence permissions. No points or ranks by default.
