Rowstub terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-03. These terms are between you (the owner of the Wix site where Rowstub is installed) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA.

The service

Rowstub copies your site's store orders, form entries, bookings and contacts (the ones you choose) into Google spreadsheets in your Google account, adds a row when a record is new, updates that row when the record changes, and retries anything that didn't go through. The spreadsheets and everything in them are yours.

How it works with Wix and Google

Rowstub reads your records through Wix's APIs and writes through Google's Sheets API with access to only the spreadsheets it created or that you picked. Rows usually arrive within seconds; a daily check catches anything Wix didn't tell us about. If Wix or Google change or pause their APIs, rows may wait until we adapt; nothing is lost from your Wix site, and the error log shows what's waiting. Rowstub never deletes rows from your spreadsheets; when a record is deleted in Wix, its row stays.

Your spreadsheets

Keep the "Rowstub ID" column: it's how Rowstub finds a row again. You can hide it, move columns, add your own columns and sort rows. If you delete a row, Rowstub adds it again only if the record changes and still matches the feed's filters. If you share a spreadsheet, the people you share it with can see your customers' data; that's your choice and your responsibility.

Plans and billing

Rowstub is a paid app billed by Wix: Standard $24 a month or $20 a month billed yearly; Pro $49 a month or $40 a month billed yearly; each with a 14-day free trial through Wix. Wix collects payment, taxes and renewals under its own terms, and you cancel in your Wix account. When a plan ends, nothing more is written to your spreadsheets; your feeds and settings stay until you uninstall. Plan limits (feeds, new rows a month, how far back past records go) are listed in the app.

Your customers' data

You're the controller of your customers' data; we process it for you as described in the privacy policy. Make sure you're allowed to keep it in a spreadsheet and that you handle requests to see or delete it, including the copy in your spreadsheet.

Fair use

Don't use Rowstub for unlawful purposes or to put load on our service beyond normal use. We may suspend a site that does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rowstub running and answer support within one business day, but we provide it as is, without warranties. If we change prices, the change applies to new subscriptions only. If we ever retire Rowstub, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and keep serving paid subscriptions until they end.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Great Work's total liability is limited to what you paid for Rowstub in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including decisions made from a spreadsheet that was out of date.
