Fields customers can see, not edit

Choose any Jira field per request type, including SLAs, time worked, Assets objects and approvals. Customers see them in a Details panel on their request, renamed and formatted for them.

Search, filter and export requests

Search by words, key or number, filter by status, organization, help desk and created date, add your own columns, and export to CSV. Only requests JSM already shows that customer.

No ads on your portal, a status page

Customers never see our name, a logo or an upsell. Admins get a status page showing when each portal panel last answered and a one-click check of every setting.
