Zonewell terms of service

These terms are between you (the business that installs Zonewell) and Great Work LLC, a Delaware company at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing or using Zonewell you agree to them.

The service

Zonewell maps the contacts and opportunities in your CRM business account, lets you define service areas, and provides workflow actions that check areas and distances. Address coverage is the United States, Canada and Mexico. Map positions come from address geocoding and can be approximate; check anything that matters (for example a quote or a legal boundary) before relying on it.

Plans, billing and trial

Zonewell is sold through your CRM's app marketplace, which handles billing. Each install includes a free trial (currently 14 days) and then renews monthly or yearly at the price shown on the listing until you uninstall. Each plan includes a monthly number of address lookups shown on the listing. Lookups beyond it are charged per lookup to your CRM wallet only when the wallet has funds; otherwise mapping pauses until the next month. Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy. Your CRM provider may separately charge a per-run fee for marketplace workflow actions.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to process the contact data in your CRM, including any notices or consents your customers need. Do not use Zonewell to stalk, harass or unlawfully track people, to build lists for resale, or to break your CRM provider's terms. Do not try to access other customers' data or overload the service.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide Zonewell, as described in the privacy policy at https://hl.greatwork.company/zonewell/privacy, and delete it when you uninstall.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Zonewell running and fix problems quickly, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change features; if we make a change that removes something you rely on, we will tell you in the app first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Zonewell in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend an install that breaks these terms, after notice when practical.

Law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
