Zonestub terms of use

These terms are between you (the owner of the Wix site where Zonestub is installed) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing Zonestub: Delivery Area Checker ("Zonestub") you accept them. Questions: hello@greatwork.company.

What Zonestub does

Zonestub answers whether you deliver to an address or postcode, from delivery zones you set up: zip and postal codes, distance from your stores, driving distance or time, or drawn shapes. It shows that answer in a checker on your site, offers a delivery option at each zone's fee at checkout, checks zone minimums, can stop delivery orders outside your zones and local-only products from leaving them, and passes waitlist sign-ups to your Wix contacts.

Your zones and fees are yours

You set every zone, fee, minimum and message, and you are responsible for them, for the delivery promises they make and for honoring orders taken with them. Use the "Try an address" box before you rely on a zone. Distances are calculated from map positions (straight-line, or road distance and time from our geocoding provider); they are close estimates, not survey measurements, and roads change. Answers for a zip code alone use the code's center.

Address and distance answers cover the United States and Canada. Zip and postal code zones work anywhere.

If Zonestub can't answer

When an address can't be found, the month's address lookups are used up, or a service is unreachable, the checker says it couldn't tell, and checkout is never blocked on our account: your zone option simply isn't offered for that address. Wix's own shipping and pickup options keep working.

Plans and billing

Zonestub is a premium app billed by Wix: Standard $24 a month ($20 a month billed yearly), Pro $49 ($40), Scale $99 ($90), per site, with a 14-day free trial through Wix. Wix handles charges, renewals, cancellations, refunds and taxes under its own terms. Each plan includes a number of address lookups a month; when they run out, zip code zones keep answering and distance zones say they couldn't tell until the 1st of the next month or an upgrade.

Acceptable use

Don't use Zonestub to mislead shoppers about where or when you deliver, to collect visitors' details for anything but telling them when you deliver to their area, or to overload or probe our service.

Availability and changes

We aim for the checker and checkout option to be available at all times but don't guarantee it. We may change Zonestub; price changes apply to new subscriptions only (Wix rule). If we ever retire Zonestub we keep it running for existing subscribers for at least 90 days and tell you in advance.

Liability

Zonestub is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, delivery costs or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Zonestub in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
