From $6 a month for up to 10 users. Billed by Atlassian, with a 30-day free trial.

Sync a service request with its dev work item, or any two projects on your site. Map fields, statuses and comments, keep internal notes away from customers, and fix stalled syncs from one Health page. Runs on Atlassian.

What you get

See every stalled sync, retry in one click

The Health page lists stalled, retrying and broken items with Jira's exact error. Retry one or all, or unlink. The work item shows the same status, and JQL finds them: issueSyncState = stalled.

Service requests and dev work, kept in step

Create the dev twin from the request or by a JQL rule. Summary, priority, labels, status and comments flow both ways; dev replies land on the request as internal notes, never public.

Map fields, statuses and comments per pair

Pick which fields sync and which way, map select options by name, statuses between different workflows and who wins when both sides change. Start from a preset for the common pairs.
