Privacy Policy: Multi-Project Team Calendar for Jira
Effective date: October 1, 2026 Publisher: Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA Contact: hello@greatwork.company
This policy explains what the Multi-Project Team Calendar for Jira app ("the app") does with information. The app is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely inside Atlassian's cloud platform.
Summary
- The app runs on Atlassian infrastructure only. Great Work LLC does not operate any server for this app.
- No data is sent outside your Atlassian site. The app makes no external network requests and has no analytics or tracking.
- Jira issue data is read when you open a calendar and is not stored by the app.
- The app stores only the calendar settings and team events you create, inside your Atlassian site's app storage.
Information the app processes
Read from Jira when you use the app (not stored): issue keys, summaries, statuses, assignees' display names and account IDs, projects, issue types, priorities, labels, the date fields you choose to show, the fields used in your color rules, and project release (version) names and dates. All reads happen as the signed-in user, so the app can only see what that person can see in Jira.
Written to Jira when you choose to: when you drag, resize, or schedule an issue, the app updates that issue's date fields as you, through Jira's API.
Stored by the app (Forge storage in your Atlassian site):
- Saved calendars: name, sharing setting, selected projects, JQL filter, chosen date fields, color settings, layout options, and the Atlassian account ID of the person who created the calendar.
- Team events: title, dates, type, color, an optional name typed in for time off, and the creator's Atlassian account ID.
- Per-user preferences, keyed by Atlassian account ID: last opened calendar, whether onboarding and the review prompt were dismissed, and a count of reschedules used to show that prompt once.
Logs: if an error happens, the app logs only the error message (never issue data or request contents) to Atlassian's Forge logging. Atlassian controls access to production logs.
Where data is stored
All stored data lives in Atlassian Forge storage associated with your site, and follows your site's data residency settings. Atlassian encrypts it at rest and in transit. See Atlassian's Forge security and data residency documentation and the Atlassian Trust Center.
Who can access it
- People on your Atlassian site can see shared calendars and their team events. Personal calendars are visible only to their creator.
- Great Work LLC has no access to your stored data or your Jira content in normal operation. If you ask us for help, we may ask you for screenshots or details, which you choose to share through our support portal.
- Subprocessors: Atlassian (hosting through Forge). No others.
Retention and deletion
- You can delete any calendar or team event at any time from the app.
- When the app is uninstalled, Atlassian deletes the app's storage for your site according to Atlassian's Forge data retention rules.
- To ask about or delete data related to a specific person (for example, a name typed into a time-off entry), a site administrator can remove it in the app, or contact us and we will explain how.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to processing. Because data stays in your Atlassian site, most requests are handled by your site administrator. You can also contact hello@greatwork.company and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's Marketplace release notes.
