End User License Agreement: Multi-Project Team Calendar for Jira

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Great Work LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709 ("Great Work", "we"), and the organization that installs or uses the Multi-Project Team Calendar for Jira app ("Customer", "you"). By installing or using the app you agree to this Agreement on behalf of your organization.

1. License

Subject to this Agreement and payment of applicable fees through the Atlassian Marketplace, Great Work grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license during your subscription term to use the app with your Atlassian cloud site, for your internal business purposes, for the number of users you are licensed for.

2. Purchase, trials, and billing

The app is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles quotes, billing, trials, renewals, and refunds under its Marketplace terms.

3. Restrictions

You will not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app except as allowed by law; (b) reverse engineer the app except to the extent law expressly permits; (c) resell, rent, or provide the app to third parties as a service; (d) use the app to break the law or Atlassian's terms; or (e) try to bypass licensing or usage limits.

4. Your data

Your Jira content and the calendars and events you create ("Customer Data") remain yours. The app processes Customer Data only inside Atlassian's Forge platform to provide the app's features, as described in our Privacy Policy. Great Work does not host or access Customer Data in normal operation. You are responsible for the content you enter and for your users' compliance with this Agreement.

5. Support and updates

We provide support through our help center listed on the Marketplace page, with a target first response within one business day. We may update the app to fix issues, improve security, or add features. Updates that need new permissions require your approval through Atlassian.

6. Intellectual property

The app, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Great Work and protected by law. No rights are granted except as stated here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.

7. Warranty disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREAT WORK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. The app depends on Atlassian's platform, which is outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. GREAT WORK'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Term and termination

This Agreement lasts for your subscription term (including any free trial). It ends automatically if your subscription ends or you uninstall the app. Either party may end it if the other materially breaches it and does not cure within 30 days of notice. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. General

Delaware law governs this Agreement, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except either party may seek injunctive relief anywhere. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent, except with a merger or sale of your business. We may update this Agreement by posting a new version; changes apply at your next renewal. This Agreement, together with the Atlassian Marketplace terms and our Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement about the app.
