Swathwell terms of use

These terms are between you (the owner of the Wix site where Swathwell is installed) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing Swathwell: Bulk Product Editor ("Swathwell") you accept them. Questions: hello@greatwork.company.

What Swathwell does

Swathwell shows your Wix Stores products and variants in a grid and writes the changes you review and apply to your store through Wix's API: names, descriptions, visibility, prices, compare-at or sale prices, costs, SKUs, barcodes, weights, stock, categories or collections, ribbons, brands, main image alt text and SEO title and description. It can schedule sales that change prices at a start time and put them back at an end time, and it can undo a change for 30 days.

It doesn't create or delete products, change option choice names or custom text fields, or touch orders, customers or payments.

You decide what changes

Every change goes through a review screen you approve. Before writing, Swathwell reads each product again and skips any row that changed in Wix after you loaded it. Undo and the end of a sale put back only rows that still hold what Swathwell wrote; rows changed in between are left as they are and listed. Check the review and the results: you are responsible for the prices and content of your store, including prices a scheduled sale sets.

Plans and billing

Swathwell is a premium app billed by Wix (Standard and Pro, monthly or yearly, with a 14-day trial through Wix). Wix's App Market terms govern payments, renewals, refunds and taxes. Without an active plan you can load and review but not apply; a running sale still ends and puts prices back.

Availability

We work to keep Swathwell running and fix problems quickly, but we don't promise it will be available at every moment. Wix limits how fast apps can call its API; large changes run in parts and can take minutes. If Wix or our server is unavailable at a sale's start or end, Swathwell retries every minute until it succeeds or the sale's end passes.

No warranty

Swathwell is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Swathwell in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost sales or profits, including from prices you set or scheduled.

Ending

You can remove Swathwell at any time from your Wix dashboard. We may end access for abuse or non-payment. Data is handled as the privacy policy describes.

Changes and law

We'll post changes here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
