Repstub terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-03. These terms are between you (the owner of the Wix site where Repstub is installed) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA.

The service

Repstub tracks commissions for your affiliates and sales reps on your site's orders and prepares statements and payout files. It calculates; it doesn't pay anyone. You pay your partners yourself, under your own agreements with them, and you're responsible for those agreements, for any tax forms and withholding, and for checking statements before you approve them.

Attribution

Repstub credits sales from coupon codes, referral links, staff-created orders and subscription renewals as the app describes. Link tracking depends on visitors allowing the "Advertising" cookie category, on the buyer using the same browser or account, and on Wix delivering order events. Some referred sales will go uncredited and you can assign them by hand. Repstub's figures are an aid, not a guarantee.

Plans and billing

Repstub is a paid app billed by Wix: Standard $39 a month or $32 a month billed yearly; Pro $99 a month or $82 a month billed yearly; Scale $149 a month or $124 a month billed yearly; each with a 14-day free trial through Wix. Wix collects payment, taxes and renewals under its own terms, and you cancel in your Wix account. When a plan ends, order tracking and partner pages stop; your data stays until you uninstall. Plan limits are listed in the app.

Your partners' data

You may only add people who agreed to be in your program. You're the controller of their data and of your customers' data; we process it for you as described in the privacy policy.

Fair use

Don't use Repstub for pyramid or multi-level schemes that are unlawful where you operate, for unlawful content, or to put load on our service beyond normal use. We may suspend a site that does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Repstub running and answer support within one business day, but we provide it as is, without warranties. If we change prices, the change applies to new subscriptions only. If we ever retire Repstub, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and keep serving paid subscriptions until they end.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Great Work's total liability is limited to what you paid for Repstub in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including commissions paid or not paid on the basis of the app's figures.
