Repstub help

Repstub runs an affiliate and sales-rep commission program on your Wix site's orders. Questions: hello@greatwork.company, answered by a person within one business day.

Getting started

1. Open Repstub from your site's dashboard. A "Standard commission" plan (10% of each sale) is ready; change it in Commission plans.
2. Add partners in Partners, or copy your join page link and share it so affiliates can apply.
3. Start the 14-day free trial (button at the top right). Orders count from that moment on.
4. Send each partner their partner page link (Partners > Edit > Copy page link). It shows their referral link, coupon codes, earnings and statements.

How a sale gets credited

Repstub looks at each paid order in this order and credits the first match:

• Coupon: the order used a coupon code you assigned to a partner. Use Create coupon to make a new Wix coupon for a partner, or type codes you already have.
• Referral link: the buyer arrived through any page of your site with ?ref=CODE within the attribution window (30 days by default, Settings). Last click wins. This needs visitors to allow the "Advertising" category in your cookie banner, and the same browser or member account when they buy.
• Staff order (Pro, Scale): a staff member created the order at the point of sale or in the dashboard, and their Wix staff user id is on a rep's profile.
• Renewal: a later payment of a subscription or pricing plan goes to whoever got the first payment.

Orders where the buyer's email matches the partner's are held as possible self-referrals. Paid orders nobody earned appear in Sales as "No partner"; you can assign any of them by hand.

What counts: store orders, bookings paid online, event tickets and pricing plans (each paid payment cycle). The amount is after discounts and before tax; shipping only if you turn it on. Orders placed before your trial started don't count.

Rates

A plan can pay a percent or a flat amount per sale, its own rate for particular product, service or plan ids, and a rule for renewals. Refunds take back the same share of the commission. After a period is closed, a refund only takes commission back inside the plan's clawback window. On Pro and Scale you can add tiers (higher rates as the partner's sales grow in the period), splits (a manager shares a percent of a rep's sales) and a draw (a guaranteed minimum per period, optionally paid back from later earnings).

Periods and payouts

Periods are monthly or every two weeks (Settings). After a period ends it closes by itself after the number of days you choose, or with Close now. Closing builds a statement per partner and waits for you:

• Approve for payout makes the statements final and visible to partners.
• Send back reopens the period so you can fix sales first.

Then download Payouts CSV (one row per partner with the amount and email), pay them the way you already do, and press Mark paid. Repstub never sends money. Each statement is also a PDF.

Data

Repstub never stores your customers' names or emails. Download everything it holds for your site in Settings > Your data. Uninstalling deletes it all 30 days later. Details: privacy policy, terms.
