Repstub terms of service

These terms are between you (the business that installs Repstub) and Great Work LLC, a Delaware company at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing or using Repstub you agree to them.

The service

Repstub calculates sales commissions under the plans you set up, from the won deals, paid invoices, orders and payment transactions your CRM reports, keeps a ledger, produces period statements for your approval, shows each rep their own earnings, and exports payout files. It does not pay anyone, move money, run payroll or give tax, legal or employment advice. You decide your commission plans and are responsible for what you pay and for complying with wage, commission-agreement and tax rules that apply to you.

Commissions react to events your CRM sends us and to payment data we read from it. If your CRM does not report an event (for example, a deal changed while the app was disconnected), a line may need a manual sale or adjustment in the app. Review statements before you approve them; approved statements are final in the app, and later changes appear as lines in the next period.

Plans, billing and trial

Repstub is sold through your CRM's app marketplace, which handles billing. Each install includes a free trial (currently 14 days, with leaderboards) and then renews monthly or yearly at the price shown on the listing until you uninstall. Plans cover one business account with unlimited reps, subject to fair use. Leaderboards and the TV screen are included only in the plan with leaderboards. Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy. Your CRM provider may separately charge a per-run fee for marketplace workflow actions.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you may share your team's and clients' data with us for this purpose and that your team members know their pay data is processed by Repstub. Keep statement, approval and TV links private: anyone holding one sees what it shows. Do not use Repstub to break the law or anyone's rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Repstub available and correct, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or improve features; if we stop offering Repstub we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app and by email to the support contact we have.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or amounts paid or not paid to anyone based on a statement, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Repstub in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling, which deletes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend an install that abuses the service or breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
