Prunewell: OverviewPrunewell: Unused fields

One search shows where any group, custom field, status, workflow, scheme, screen or filter is used across Jira. Unused reports, a migration check, and cleanup with preview, typed confirm, export and restore. Runs on Atlassian.

What you get

Where is this group or field used?

One search covers schemes, space roles, workflow rules, transition screens, board columns, filter JQL and sharing, and dashboard gadgets. See it all before you rename or remove anything.

Unused items, with the reason why

Fields on no screen and used nowhere, inactive workflows, unused schemes and screens, orphaned statuses, broken filters and filters owned by people who left. Defaults are never offered for deletion.

Preview, type to confirm, export, restore

Read-only until you turn cleanup on. Every delete is re-checked live, exported as JSON first and logged. Fields go to Jira's trash; schemes, screens, filters and statuses can be recreated.
